Q: What is the size of the Yuzen Washi paper and how
much does it weigh per sheet?

A. The size of the paper itself is about 66x100cm, but it
varies depending on the pattern.

The dyed area where you can see the actual pattern
is about 62x94m.

Though the weight of each paper is different depending
on the colours and designs, it is approx. 60g per sheet.

Q: What kinds of payment methods do you have?


A. We accept payment by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. (each logo will be displayed here)

Remarks:
・Payments must be made in lump.
・The name on the card must be exactly the same as the name of the purchaser.

Q. How much do I get charged for shipping?
A. Shipping charges vary by order weight and country, and will be displayed at checkout
according to your zone (see dropdown menu below).
As a guide, most orders are typically under 2kg. For product weight, please refer to each

Q. How will my order be shipped?


A. Your order will be delivered with DHL or FedEx.
Please understand it is not possible to specify the
courier service you like better.

Q. When will my order be shipped and delivered?


A. Your order will be shipped in 1-3 business days
(Monday to Friday). During busy holiday season, please
allow us to take 3 to 5 business days for dispatch.

Please find below approx. number of days required
for the delivery.

- Asia: 2 - 3 days
- USA and Canada: 3 - 5 days
- Europe: 3 - 5 days
- Australia and New Zealand: 3-5 days
- Middle East: 3 - 5 days

Q. Do I need to pay anything else after completing
my payment on this website?

A. Yes, your order may be subject to the customs duties and
taxes of the destination country, as well as customs clearance
fees charged by the local postal service. The recipient is
responsible for payment of all customs duties and other charges
that arise after shipment.

Q. Can I ask you to change the amount of invoice value? I do
not want to pay high customs duties for importing the goods.

A. Sorry, we are not able to accept such a request due to
the Japanese export laws and regulations.

Q. Could you send my order to a friend living in Japan. He is
coming to visit me soon and I will ask him to bring it in his
suitcase.

A. Our store specializes in sales from Japan to overseas.
Sorry, we do not sell or ship within Japan.

<Refund, Exchange and cancellation>

Q. My order has arrived in bad condition. What can you
do?

Please contact us immediately (within 7 days after receipt of
your order) together with photographic evidence and we will
respond as soon as possible. Also please let us know if the
driver who delivered your order is aware of the damag or not.

Please note we may not be able to accept any refund,
exchange or cancellation of your order after 7 days of its arrival.
