Our Japanese Yuzen Washi paper is authentic and dyed sheet by sheet by the hands of skillful craftspersons at each workshop.
So the colors may differ slightly from one production to another and the actual product may look different from the image.
Please understand in advance that we do not accept returns due to customer's reasons such as different images, except in the case of obvious color difference.
Your order is not confirmed until you have completed the purchase process. Having items in your cart does not guarantee purchase during periods of high demand.
Products displayed indicate our actual inventory. You can only order the quantity displayed on the screen, because we do not have more than the quantity.
The papers will be inspected thoroughly, and rolled and protected with a thick carton before shipping.
