Shipping policy

●Tax and Custom charges
Customers are responsible for customs duties, local taxes and any other costs incurred after the goods have been dispatched.

●Delivery
Your order will be delivered with DHL or FedEx and it is not possible
to select your preferred carrier at your end.

●Delivery date and time
It is not possible to specify the date and time of your delivery.

●Timing of shipment
We typically ship within 1-3 working days after receiving your order.

●Shipping Charge
Shipping charges vary by order weight and country, and will be
displayed at checkout according to your zone (see dropdown menu below).

For product weight, please refer to each product’s specifications.

＊As a guide, up to 22 sheets of Yuzen Washi can be shipped within 2 kg; the shipping costs are the same from 1 sheet to 22 sheets.

●Other Remarks on shipping
・Please enter your name and shipping address in Roman characters
exactly.

・Your order may be subject to the customs duties and taxes of the destination country, as well as customs clearance fees charged by the local postal service. The recipient is responsible for payment of all customs duties and other charges that arise after shipment.

・For shipments, a commercial invoice will be provided to avoid customs delays. In order to comply with international import/export laws and regulations, we will not accept requests to alter the order amount on the commercial invoice to a lesser value.

・We are unable to change the shipping address, or amend or cancel your order once it has been dispatched.

・One shipping address may be specified per order.

・Please understand shipping cannot be combined for multiple orders.
Separate orders will be shipped separately unless requested otherwise (so the shipping charges will be doubled).

・Delivery delays may occur due to factors such as delivery destination, traffic, weather, and local circumstances. If your order does not arrive within 2 weeks after the date of your order, please contact us.

・If your parcel is returned to us due to extended absence or refused delivery, you will be charged for the return shipping and redelivery costs incurred.
